Each set of outfits has a theme, one thing you can find in each of the outfits, sometimes two things, and you can find at least one in each outfit. In later sets, more of that/those items will be used, on sets with different themes. This will happen until there had been a theme set for each item, then there will be no more themes. The theme does not mean that is the only time that the item will be used, it just means a time when the item will be used often.
