My thoughts on Fall 2010 Shows, Banana Republic

The Fall 2010 Banana Republic show was the perfect mix of fashion and style.  Layers of bright colors behind darker shades in multiple textures and fabrics. It wasn't something you would stop and stare at in the street, because it was so strange. It was simple, but stylish, and fashionable, with the smallest details, popping out from different layers.
"It's all about the modern mix, Formalwear mixed with casual attire and sportswear." said Creative director Simon Kneen  "It's about the individual, rather than a uniformed look."
Some outfits were more for the street, some were more for an evening outing, but each and every outfit had a twist, another theme, or idea. A dress fit for the red carpet, with a cozy grey sweater,  and casual black boots, creating an wonderful outfit, 44 wonderful outfits (some for men too).
