My thoughts on Fall 2010 Shows, Burberry Prorsum

Burberry's Fall show was stunning-as usual, it was like going to an art show, with art you could wear. The show started with big collars, leather, and rough cut lace in dark olive-y green, brown, and black, with white fuzz and fluff. Next, snakeskin boots started coming in, replacing those of leather. Different fabrics began working themselves into outfits, and larger, smoother, coats with flattened collars replaced those with standing collars, fuzz, and leather that was more worn down. Studded purses, high boots, and tights came, a few patterns, and a greenish-yellow color made appearances on the runway. Then, more classic looks began, a lot of black and dark blue (one bright blue), and more uniform jackets, that were not leather. A large, fluffy, brown jacket, followed by a brown leather dress, and another fluffy jacket, this one longer, came down the runway, all with lower boots with buckles. The more uniform outfits continued, then a light beige jacket over a shirt with scrunched up fabric and a bright skirt started a brighter trend on the runway. Chartreuse, magenta, fuchsia, and yellow colors came down the runway, some metallic shades in wrapped fabric, lace, all with ankle boots and more straps. More fluffy and leather jackets covered the colors soon, and then, the end came, with one word to describe it all. Wow.
