When it's hot outside and cold in trends.
Today it was 111 degrees in Austin, TX. I spent the day in the mall, Gap had a one day 50% off sale, Forever 21 was practically giving stuff away in their sale section, and it was airconditioned. I am ready to pull out all my sweaters and jeans, tights and knee highs, fall is just around the corner, at least, trend wise. The weather, however, begs to differ. Fall officially starts on September 23, but I doubt it is going to feel like fall, so I'm out to find the looks for fall that suit summer weather. If you are lucky enough to have almost fall weather, or just cant wait for fall, then you can use these trendy looks for these in between days.
