It looks to me like she is wearing floral wall paper on black drapery.
Heidi Klum
Awkward, and boxy. Like crumpled up red paper.
Miley Cyrus
Some say that this is their favorite dress of the 2009 Oscars, but I must disagree.
Personally, I think the layers look like embroidered place mats, and the bow looks very tacky.
Next Saturday, get ready for the Oscars best and worst dressed! Yay!
